Build your career with us

I find my work engaging because it is highly dynamic and each day brings new challenges. It provides me with the opportunity not only to implement my own ideas, but also to continuously learn, grow, and develop professionally.

A place that gives you opportunity to grow and build your career with purpose.

I’m still working at Danucem because, I’ve always found them to be open and supportive of my desire to grow. When I was looking for new challenges, I was given the opportunity to learn and advance professionally, which naturally strengthened my loyalty to the company. In addition, the community of people working here is particularly inspiring and close-knit. It is this human and professional strength that keeps me here in the long run.

I love working here because, right from the start, I’ve been given opportunities for professional growth, new responsibilities, and the chance to make a real impact on how things are run. I find it particularly motivating that, in addition to my day-to-day operational tasks, I’ve been able to participate in development and digitalization projects that have yielded tangible results. This is an environment where you can continuously learn, grow, and create value.

Danucem represents for me a workplace that provides stability, fosters a strong team environment, and is a place I genuinely look forward to returning to.

I’m glad to be working at Danucem because it offers me plenty of opportunities for learning and personal growth. The work is varied, which keeps it from becoming monotonous and constantly helps me grow. I also really appreciate the great team, which creates a pleasant and supportive work environment.

The most important thing to me in my work is the variety and the opportunities for growth that complex challenges provide. I particularly appreciate that, working in the construction industry, our work creates lasting value, so after every successful project, we can look back with pride on the work we’ve done.

I started working at Danucem in 2007. Since then, I have held several positions – from driver, machine operator, shift supervisor, to my current position as CAPEX Manager. Each position brought me new challenges and responsibilities that motivated me to constantly grow and improve, and our company has always supported me in this.
