Regular Meetings with Residents

Transparent communication is one of our core values, and we believe that constructive dialogue with the people who are part of the region where we operate can lead to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. That is why we regularly organize meetings called “Citizen Oversight of Environmental Protection” (OKO ŽP). During these meetings, we present the current status of the cement plant and its future plans, as well as activities in the region. Above all, we create a space for constructive discussion among participants.

Financial & Material Support

We support the projects near our operations through financial and material contributions that help enhance quality of life in the region. We focus on meaningful initiatives that promote education, culture, sport and environmental activities, while also bring people together and strengthen community spirit.

Grant Programs Near Our Cement Plants

Grant programs Our Rohožník and Our Turňa & Dvorníky provide support where funding is often lacking – in the development of schools, nature conservation, and the restoration of cultural heritage. Each year, more than 20 new initiatives join those we have supported in previous years, all working to improve life in the communities where we operate.

Community Events

We organise regular events such as Safety Days, Impact Days and Community Days to engage with the communities around us. During Safety Days, we share best practices and promote a strong safety culture, while Impact Days bring people together to support the environment through activities such as tree planting and clean‑up initiatives. Community Days open our sites to the public, offering a closer look at our operations and creating space for dialogue and learning.
