At Danucem Slovakia, we believe that the true value of a company is also reflected in how it supports the communities in which it operates. That is why we did not hesitate to continue our long-standing cooperation with the municipality of Sološnica and financially support the repair of the roof at the local elementary school.
The original roof was more than 40 years old and its condition required urgent reconstruction. During the summer holidays in July and August, the roofing was completely replaced and the damaged parts were battened. The repair was carried out by a company selected on the basis of a public tender. The result is not only an aesthetically restored building, but above all a functional roof that no longer leaks water into the upper floor.
Currently, the school is attended by nearly 220 students, who, thanks to this investment, are provided with a safe and dignified environment for education. We are pleased that our logo now adorns the school building along with information about our support – as a symbol of trust, cooperation, and shared interest in the future of young people.
Our cooperation with the municipality of Sološnica has a long tradition based on mutual respect, open communication, and joint efforts to develop the region. The repair of the roof at the elementary school is another concrete example of how a partnership between a company and a community can bring real results.
