At Danucem, we have long been committed to being an active and responsible partner to the communities in which we operate. Supporting cultural and social events is one of the ways we fulfill our vision of sustainable development and local engagement. We are therefore delighted to have been involved in this year’s Panda Camp 2025 project, which took place in the village of Hosťovce during the last weekend in July.
Panda Camp is now an established event promoting Hungarian music in Slovakia. Thanks to its unique format, which combines outdoor concerts with an indoor program, it has become a place for diverse communities to meet, exchange cultural experiences, and build interpersonal relationships.
The festival grounds underwent significant modernization this year, with new relaxation areas, clearer navigation, and a redesigned layout, all of which contributed to greater visitor comfort. Over the weekend, approximately 400 participants gathered in Hosťovce – not only from the region, but also from Budapest and the surrounding border areas.
Well-known and new musical names performed on stage, including Héthat Club from Budapest, David Nicholas Hundza, Starlight Band, Intermezzo, Acoustic Impulse, CMA Band, DJ Inorganic K3vin B, and DJ Riwelto. The rich accompanying program included discussions, quizzes, craft workshops, a barber corner, and other activities that promote interaction and community involvement.
Behind the organization of Panda Camp is a team of committed and enthusiastic young people who, with their energy and vision, create an event with an authentic international impact. Their determination and ability to connect culture, community, and experience are proof that even local initiatives can have a wide reach.
Supporting Panda Camp is in line with our values – responsibility, commitment, and partnerships that have a positive impact. At Danucem, we will continue to stand by projects that bring value to people, regions, and the future.
The organizers are already actively working on preparations for Panda Camp 2026, with the ambition to take the event to an even higher level. We are delighted to be part of this journey.
